PLEASE NOTE: Re-Melly Orders are final sale. There will be no exchanges as these orders are made customized to your requested color & size. 

We value our audience and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues with your product, we are here to help! Our return policy operates on the basis of exchanges & lifetime repairs, we do not offer returns or refunds. 

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color or model, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.
  2. Make sure to include your order number and reason for the exchange.
  3. We will process your request and provide you with instructions on how to return your product.
  4. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition :-) and send you a promo code with the amount of your previous purchase for you to place an order for your exchange product. 
  5. We will send out the new product as soon as we receive your order!

Repairs: If your product requires repair please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of discovering the issue to initiate the repair process.
  2. We will process your request and provide you with instructions on how to return your product back to us.
  3. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and contact you shortly.

Our life warranty covers repairs of damages caused by misuse or wear and tear, up to two times per year.

*For exchanges and repairs, please ensure that your package is insured up to the value of the item. A lot of packages go missing on this digital age, and we only assume responsiblity for what is mailed out of our shop, not what is sent to us. As a small business, we want to make sure the carrier can refund you immediately for a lost product.
